TypeScript inline type annotations

I am not identifying type annotations as a data type in the parser and until the latest update this was also damaging the identification of functions. The function/structure problem is now resolved.

I need to identify a new types value in the script lexer of the parser of value data_types. I also need to think through a design consideration for when these type annotations are multidimensional, string[] or string[][] or string[[number, string]] or [[]]. These structures need to be described as type annotations. It appears everything is being parsed correctly now (at least not harmfully to remaining code) but needs a proper and fitting identification.

This work is mostly complete from the parser side. I am testing in Pretty Diff to make sure it all works correctly.
