Bugs Fixed

• Recordings no longer fail to start when Hardware acceleration selects a GPU encoder that cannot initialize because Prisc falls back to software encoding.
• Screenshot hotkeys stay active while Keep capturer warm starts, stops, or restarts the capture helper, so presses are not lost during handoff.
• On Windows, global hotkeys work while a Prisc window is focused instead of passing through to the window or Windows.
