Any interest in remote viewing the screen over the network?

For fun I got it to send the screen updates over UDP port 1306.

Is this of interest ? if so I'll finish it and make a PR

Interesting idea. What are you using on the other side? Some kind of screen emulator software?

a linux box running netcat to listen to the udp port. It looks like circle's escape sequences are lifted straight from a standard vt220 terminal.

Cool. Can you send a PR please? I can't promise yet I will merge it but I'd like to have a look at how much complexity it'd introduce.
