Quotes missing in command

My Windows computer has spaces in my username, and when trying to execute the "locate-installer.bat" file, it fails. I think when calling exec, it's missing quotes. In /client/src/setupSelectedVersion.ts, around line 144, the variable "binaryPath" is added the .bat suffix, but I think if quotes were also added to the whole thing, it would work.
