  • updated the fetchReleases script to request the GitHub authorization token at runtime and avoid storing it in an environment variable.
  • clarified the instructions for making a new release + update the instructions to match the new way to enter the token

Instead of storing the token in an environment variable (which is a security risk) the script asks for the token at runtime. Note: better yet would be using the GitHub CLI to authenticate.
