im getting this error when i try to download processing

im not sure what or why its happening.

2. Did you extract the zip before running?
3. There is a 32-bit and a 64-bit download -- did you download the one that matches your operating system?
4. Have you looked at these other issues with the same error message?

Ya i just looked at the one recommended, and the 32-bit does work for me.
