Fix Apache Ant archive download

Downloading the Ant binary (https://archive.apache.org/dist/ant/binaries/apache-ant-1.10.12-bin.zip) during build fails randomly. Most likely due to DDOS protection since we are running 6 builds in parallel and downloading the file 6 times in close succession.
