[L5.4] Rules not working on 5.4

use this package quite extensively and since 5.4 a lot of the validation rules don't work on the client side.
Mainly rules such as required_without and required_with.
Are these issues likely to be resolved and a new release created?

i have used the private fork that has been created on another previous issue but the problem still exists.

@simonigd: have a look here... regarding a fix to DelegatedValidator in @reganjohnson's forked version.. (1.6.0-dev)

it works for the basic fields I'm using but I've not extensively tested it.

I've just checked it with required_with though, and that worked.

There is 2 pull requests, #234 #224 that seam to fix the issue. They are waiting for review,

Due to the volume of issues I'm afraid I'm closing this issue due to lack of activity. This avoids fellow collaborators wasting time investigating this issue, and also prevents giving a false impression that it will eventually be addressed.

To the reporter, please reopen if you still encounter this on the latest version providing a minimal test case. You can also contribute directly by submitting a PR.
