v3.14.6: Audit verify fix, audit repair, converging init, live GOAP state
What's New
aqe audit verify no longer crashes on new stores, and older forked stores can be repaired. Verify stopped hitting SQLITE_READONLY on stores with no audit chain yet. It now reports accidental forks from pre-3.14.5 concurrent writers separately from tampering. The new aqe audit repair --chain audit then makes those stores pass again: it refuses if anything was tampered with, backs up first, and never edits existing rows.
Setup that converges. A second aqe init --auto on an unchanged project leaves every generated file byte-for-byte identical and creates no backup. Fresh and repeat runs now produce the same settings.
GOAP planning from the real fleet. World state is read from the live fleet, and anything that can't be measured is labelled estimated rather than real. Planning works again, with maxSteps support, and goap_status lists saved plans.
Safer logs and better search. Secrets (API keys, tokens, credentials in URLs, JWTs, PEM keys) are redacted from AQE's logs, and command output is untouched. Keyword matches now improve pattern search without outranking strong semantic matches.
See docs/releases/v3.14.6.md for upgrade notes. In short: run aqe audit repair if verify reported BROKEN on a store shared by several AQE processes, and expect a one-time settings update on your first aqe init --auto after upgrading.
Thanks to @pacphi and @nagoodman for the reports and re-tests, and to @rudycelekli for the fleet and GOAP plan fixes.
