[WHL][WAAG] USB mouse cursor doesn't display on monitor

board: WHL I7
Acrn HV: HV version 1.6-unstable-2020-02-27 05:36:01-cef3322d-dirty DBG (daily tag: acrn-2020w09.2-140000p) build by root
DM: DM version is: 1.6-unstable-cef3322d-dirty (daily tag:acrn-2020w09.2-140000p), build by root@2020-02-27 05:36:19

2. Reproduce Steps

boot Acrn HV and SOS normally
with external monitor connected
launch WaaG successfully.
login waag from monitor, find USB mouse course doesn't display but all function works well

3. Expected result:

USB mouse can works well and displayed on monitor

4. Current result:

USB mouse course doesn't display on monitor. but all function works well
on "Windows Remote Connection" USB mouse course can display out

5. debug info

both mediator USB and passthrough USB can reproduce this issue.
USB keyboard curse display well in notpad.
Can not reproduce this issue on ww08.4.1 image: http://sit-image.sh.intel.com/acrn_daily_build/2020ww08.4-1/whl-ipc-i5-uefi-industry/
