This release was previously published on crates.io but the
corresponding Git tag has always been missing. The commit being
tagged is the one that appears in the .cargo_vcs_info.json file
in the published crate.

'fluent-fallback@0.6.0' even though the tag target was
the commit published as 0.7.0 (including crate version
and release notes).
