Update all examples to follow model standard file setup

We created stand file setups for our models. You can see these in Schelling and WolfSheep.

Schelling is an example of a very simple model setup, while WolfSheep is an example of a more complex setup. To update you will need to do the following...

• Update the model & server files
• Update the notebook to analysis and to use the new file structure
• Update the Readme

This is a multi-effort ticket, so feel free to pick one, claim it then check it off when you submit a PR.

It looks like the following projects need to be updated:

• Conways Game of Life
• Epstein Violence model Update Epstein model to new layout #255
• Flockers Update Flockers example to new format #254
• Forrest Fire
• PD Grid
• Schelling
• Boltzmann_Wealth_Model
• WolfSheep

Tutorial Example does not exist, because it was moved to the docs. This was updated and renamed as "Boltzmann_Wealth_Model", because that is what the tutorial example maps too.
