Add doc or script about how to install coding standard in phpcs

...by executing command script to be available as installed standard next to PSR1 PSR2 and so on.

vendor/bin/phpcs --config-set installed_paths vendor/projektmotor/symfony-coding-standard/ProjektMOTORCodingStandard/
```

Would be great if this happens on or after composer install.
