ptpython 0.41 ipython 5.8 python2.7.10

On the left is ptpython and on the right is ipython, why the height of the line is not the same, the height of ptpython looks ugly

Looks like the option: 'Blank line after output' is set to 'on'

i already set 'Blank line after output' to 'on',But still no change,i use python3.6 and ptpython last version is normal and Pretty ,but python2.7, ptpython 0.41, ipython 5.8 is looks ugly
