Sync wiki from repo: add clustering, classic crontabs, Prometheus pages; update all pages
Document native Windows support; add Running on Windows page
- New canonical "Running on Windows" page (install via pip/.exe, %APPDATA%
config path, cmd.exe/PowerShell shell, Ctrl-C/Ctrl-Break shutdown,
TerminateProcess job termination, and the POSIX-only user/group + unix://
features), linked from Home and the sidebar.
- Add Windows notes across Installation, CLI-Reference, Commands-and-Environment,
Configuration-Reference, Concurrency-and-Timeouts, HTTP-API, Architecture,
Production-Deployment, Includes-and-Defaults, Reporting, and Migration; rewrite
the false POSIX-only statements in Home/Installation/Architecture.
- Add Windows entries to Troubleshooting.
- Correct stale Python floor (>=3.13 -> >=3.10; tox now py310-py314).
- Publish Web-Dashboard page (present in the repo source but missing from the
live wiki, which the README already links to).
