you should be able to change the size of the cursor editing the config.ini:

# Curors and scales(after %). Changing the name is not recommanded : it is morelickely recommanded to rename the files.
# no extensions : they will be selected between .cur, .ico, .ani, .png, .bmp, .jpg
Cursor_Red = cursorarrow%1.0
Cursor_Arrow = cursorarrow%1.0
Cursor_Target = cursortarget%0.33
Cursor_Snap = cursorsnap
Cursor_Eraser = cursoreraser
