Style Guide: Clarify which shortcode syntax should be preferred

We need to clarify which shortcode syntax to prefer in the style guide, and when: markdown, or standard.

Context: Claude called this out in a review b/c it's in the style guide, but the syntax is fine from a technical standpoint, and possibly even preferred (IDK).
