Hi, this removed v4.0.1 from Puppet Forge. Was this intended?

Edit: According to #473 (comment), it has been removed intentionally. It seems that v5.0.0 is semantically the same.
I suppose this should be clarified in the README, particularly given that v4.0.1 had been live for a few months and this thus breaks systems that try to fetch v4.0.1, and investigating it is confusing since all references to v4.0.1 have just been removed.

@pcworld Apologies for this not being better communicated but the need for it came up rather suddenly, a notification of the change and the reasoning behind it should be going out today in our weekly blog post so I hope that this will help inform people and avoid any future issues.
