Signed Android arm64 install candidate from merged PR #2, commit e99a7dd47cf56fc7ae8f83f226b1a0f359ab705f.

Download banda-0.1.0-alpha.2-android-arm64.apk on your Android phone, open it, and allow installation from your browser if Android asks. In banda on your computer, open Settings → Devices → Pair a phone. Open the phone app, scan the code, compare the computer code, then approve the matching phone code on the computer.

Includes the final pairing, frame-isolation and identity-persistence review fixes. The APK is signed with banda’s release key; SHA256SUMS identifies the exact download. Build provenance: https://github.com/purrgrammer/banda/actions/runs/42133031253

This is an Android pre-release candidate, separate from the existing desktop alpha.2 release. API 36 arm64 emulator pairing, app restart and desktop/phone UI checks passed against a throwaway daemon. Real cellular hardware qualification remains open.
