Note

This update changes how IP addresses are hashed. When IP address validation is enabled, visitors with forms already open will need to refresh the page before submitting.

  • Added the validateIpAddress setting, which can be disabled to allow visitors to change IP addresses before submitting a form (#39).
  • IP addresses are now hashed using HMAC-SHA-256 with Craft’s security key for improved privacy.
