MHO-C401N firmware update

I converted this to Zigbee firmware ZMHOC401N_v0120.bin and am using it with the Z2M add on within Home Assistant. Z2M does not show the device under the OTA tab. I even created a local OTA index as per https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/usage/ota_updates.html and copied the relevant firmware file but to no avail.

This is what the Z2M GUI shows for the device:

Firmware build date 20240226
Firmware ID 3001-0120

You can try this:

• Use a fresh/new Battery
• Reset the device (press Button more than 15 seconds) ans pair it again
• Then try to update
