Any chance that there is a smart TRV that uses TLSR825x??

This is likely a super long shot. But I wonder if there is any smart TRV (zigbee powered) that can be supported by your project with a custom firmware.

I would be awesome to be able to bind different thermometers temp/humidity readings directly on the TRV (even better being able to associate more and use Min/Max/Avg) so it can more reliably heat the room.

I know that some TRV already support external sensors, but it is done by home assistant rather than direct bind (and the latter is more reliable if HA goes down, but the zigbee coordinator is still up)

Yes. You'll have to disassemble the device, draw a wiring diagram, etc.
