… users to a parsed Reaction. Users were not getting parsed properly. Just using the static function already defined in the Reaction struct. Also not sure if this should really be a Dictionary. Currently its a dictionary that has the userid key with a value of the user id key too. Its probably best to keep this as an array of user ids. But this can be dealt with in a subsequent PR if need be
