When find_tables, watermark text may be considered into table cells

Describe the solution you'd like

1. For greater flexibility in such cases, I suggest adding arguments to ignore or filtering by the transparency range of alpha [0, 255];
2. Add filtering by rotation angles: cos_filter: [-1,1], sin_filter: [-1,1]
