Operating System :: RISC OSAs part of my work to port Python 3 to the RISC OS (https://www.riscosopen.org) operating system. I have now added support for installing packages from pip.
RISC OS is quite different in several ways to other operating systems, so things that are designed to use it are very unlikely to work elsewhere. Having this classifier would make it clear that a package was for RISC OS.
I currently have a package that could use it (riscos-toolbox, currently in the testing repo), and others could well appear as myself (and others) develop python packages for the operating system.
