Exploring using bleeding edge pestpp in CI tests (this will probs break things sooner but that is fun right?)

  • Also made some mod to get_pestpp methods to try and support the pestpp owned nightly-builds repo (@jdhughes-dev might be worth a glance to make sure I haven't borked anything).
  • pypestworker tests currently failing due to test file and pestmou format mis-align -- but now not silently hanging which is nice. Have set to xfail for now (@jtwhite79 can you advice when we can lift this -- although if it starts passing where we were expecting a fail we should find out...)

gotta workout what is going down with pypestworker test on windows with pestpp 5.3.24 nightly build -- looks like a timeout
