How to download one's playlist?

I'd like to download the contents of my playlist -- such as the list of my "liked" videos. I'm pretty sure, that's possible with ytfzf, but I can't figure it out.

In fact, I'd be happy just getting the list of video-IDs -- in any text format -- I can feed them to ytdl (or yt-dlp) myself. Thanks!
