The server hints given during connection may now include basepath and domain, making it possible to connect to caldav servers without specifying a full URL.
This is a partial solution for #463
Documentation remains, it will be fixed later.
It's also needed to make it easier to use or auto-detect the hints. This is also procrastinated until later.
