Move RE examples to Python HOWTOs

I suggest moving the Regular Expression Examples section to Python HOWTOs. The /library will have only the module reference.

There is indeed the Regular Expression HOWTO that might be a good place. In any case it seems good to link to the HOWTO at the top of the examples section (the HOWTO is mentioned on the library page, but it is mid-text and could easily be missed)

Moving to the HOWTO seems to match the Diataxis framework, see Adopting the Diátaxis framework for Python documentation, but I am not familiar enough with the python documentation structure to decide whether we actually want to move those examples.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I will decline.

• We have an established pattern of including examples and recipes the module documentation. Overall, this has worked well for the users and we've gotten good feedback on it.

• In the re docs, there is a link to the Regex HowTo for people who want a more gentle and lengthy walk-through. In contrast, the module examples mostly demonstrate specific techniques and patterns without the same level of tutorial.

• For people who struggle with main regex docs (as many do), the examples section is a welcome respite. It is the only part that humanizes this detailed and lengthly list of regex features.

• Also note that people commonly link directly to our docs (blog posts and stackoverflow answers for example). Let's not break all those links without a compelling reason.
