This can safely wait for 3.13.1. It fixes detection on upgrade, and the current installer will lay down sufficient metadata for the 3.13.0->3.13.1 upgrade to work with this fix (in the newer version). Updates from 3.13.0rc2 to 3.13.0 will need to add the freethreaded build again manually. |
