I don't think we need news for this since it is rolling back one option from a set of options and we decided not to enumerate the options in news when we introduce them |

Remove
-WconversionfromCFLAGS_NODISTunder the--enable-safetyconfigure option. This is used by CI for the warning tracking tooling.Modify the warning ignore files accordingly, now there are no
-Wconversionrelated warnings emitted, this leaves a few dozen macOS warnings.
