object is still said to have `__dict__`

As recently pointed out in python/typing#1835, the second problem in #132 is still around: object().__dict__ typechecks but fails at runtime.

Ten years ago, this was regarded as a reasonable, but not perfect, fix. #134. Can it be fixed better now?

I don't think there is much we can do on typeshed's side, except adding an explanatory comment. __dict__ does often exist on object, and as we prefer false negatives over false positives in typeshed, __dict__ needs to stay. Ultimately this needs to be special-cased by type checkers, but something like python/typing#601 could help to make things clearer.
