See python/cpython#137836 backports The backports were merged four days ago, and since then, a bugfix release has only been released for 3.9.

All backports were merged 4 days ago, and since then only the 3.9 bugfix release has been published.
I think it makes sense to gradually update the allowlist as new bugfix releases come out, so that eventually the entries remain only in the
darwin-py3xx(3.9-3.14) andwin32-py3xx(3.9-3.14) allowlists.
