Read the Docs migration to GitHub app #2084

FYI: Read the Docs is migrating from the legacy OAuth2 app to a proper GitHub App. I started the migration process, but I'm currently stuck at the Migrate Projects step. When clicking the "Install" button I get redirected to this GitHub permissions page, where it says "A request to python already exists, cancel before submitting a new one or wait for an administrator to respond". I assume someone with more permissions for the "python" GitHub organization needs to approve something. Maybe @JelleZijlstra or @ewdurbin could have a look as they might have more permissions for the GitHub python org?
