Release timeline for 1.4 / 1.4.1 wheels (tags exist but no PyPI artifacts for cuda 13.0)

Hi FBGEMM team—thanks for the great work!

I noticed the repo has tags for v1.4.0 and v1.4.1, but I don’t see corresponding wheels on PyPI (e.g., fbgemm-gpu==1.4.*) or artifacts under GitHub Releases.

Could you share the release plan for these versions?

Oh, I see, it change the name to fbgemm-gpu-genai in https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu130/fbgemm-gpu-genai/

Umm, seem the fbgemm-gpu-genai only have the genai kernel. Though I do found the 1.4.1 is available for cuda 12.6 and 12.8. https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu128/fbgemm-gpu/. I'm wondering is there any issue for building the wheels for cuda 13.0.
