Description

  1. Updated the docs for installation of TensorRT-LLM and configuring the plugin library directly.
  2. We shouldn't import tensorrt_llm in the examples if we are configuring the plugin path. This is already done in load_tensorrt_llm within our codebase.
  3. import torch_tensorrt was missing in llama3 example
