Downloading MacOSX build from source has error on last step: [Errno2 ] No such file or directory

After downloading all the required packages and running the first two command line instructions, when I run "python setup.py install" I receive the error:

I have searched the web for a hopeful solution to this but haven't been able to find one. If you are able to help I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

Now that I typed python3 instead of python, ie python3 setup.py install, I get: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'nvcc': 'nvcc'

@carolynenewman can you give #22527 a try and see if that fixes the error?
