Hmm, the answer is very simple: doc_push CircleCI job stopped running on Dec 3rd: https://hud.pytorch.org/ci/pytorch/pytorch/nightly?name_filter=doc_push
which is result of #69172
And the new push jobs are timing out, see https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/runs/4577009758?check_suite_focus=true

Push times out as it waits for login in the interactive prompt, but solving it by passing something like git remote set-url --push origin https://${GITHUB_ACTOR}:${GITHUB_TOKEN}@github.com/pytorch/pytorch.github.io would solve the timeout, but not the problem, as github token is strictly limited to repo in question
