cudnn frontend v0.6.0 had an issue. we upgrade to cudnn frontend to v0.6.1. see reverted PR: #75481

@jjsjann123 hey, are you able to check if this PR breaks your build (just updated to the latest v0.6.1 that fixes the return error)? it seems to fine with gnu compilers but wanted to make sure it works with your clang compilers before I land it
