Description

This cahnge adds annotations for abstract methods and fixes a repeated override

Motivation and Context

Code cleaning

  • I have raised an issue to propose this change (required for new features and bug fixes)

Added some abstract annotations and removed the reimplementation of `set_seed()' and '_set_seed()' in `_EnvWrapper`
Added optianal type hint in `set_seed' in `EnvBase` as it was in `_EnvWrapper`

There's an error coming from the fact that some mocking envs in the tests don't have a _set_seed method. If you move the abstractmethod there these mocks should be adapted.

Oh ok sorry missed that, when I finish travelling I’ll look into updating the tests
