Description
This PR fixes the docs build workflow, as well as making some changes to make it more consistent with the other workflows in this repository.
Example output of the workflow can be seen on the
gh-pagesbranch on my fork.Though this repo is not currently set up to host docs on GitHub pages, the idea is to pull built docs from this repo's
gh-pagesbranch from the TorchRL repo where documentation will be hosted in the interim.
