the config was removed in pytorch/pytorch#87438 so assigning to @mlazos

BTW, we've had a lot of regressions like this related to the minifier; is the testing sufficient?

William is looking at adding more exhaustive tests, we don't have any coverage for the minifier_launcher.py, which should cover most of these issues.
