While translation, an
UnicodeDecodeErroroccurs while processing Sphinx's custom directiveincludenodocinPyTorch in Examplestutorial.Rather than solving problems in translated files, I do avoid this error via specifying encoding as UTF-8 while reading the included file.
I think this would help others translators those who suffer from
UnicodeDecodeError. (And addedexceptionto know where the error occurs from.)
