📚 The doc issue

The doc of RandomRotation() says that the range of degrees parameter is (min, max) and (-degrees, +degrees) as shown below but actually, the values of degrees parameter are inclusive:

Parameters:

• degrees (sequence or number) – Range of degrees to select from. If degrees is a number instead of sequence like (min, max), the range of degrees will be (-degrees, +degrees).

Suggest a potential alternative/fix

So they should be [min, max] and [-degrees, +degrees] as shown below:

Thanks for the report @hyperkai . (min, max) should still be (min, max) IMO because in this context it denotes a tuple, not an interval, but you're right that for degrees it should be brackets. I'll submit a PR.
