Nanopore Instrument Data does not allow empty fast*_fail folders

The fastq_fail, fastq_pass, fast5_fail, fast5_pass folder might be empty if no Phred score is too low or high enough.

It was suggested to set the minItems:0 and check for the contents of fast5 and fastq folders in the data extraction.

The following cases should be catched by the data object:

• both fast5_* folders are empty fails
• both fastq_* folders are empty fails
• fast5_pass has content but fast5_fail is empty succeeds
• fast5_fail has content but fast5_pass is empty succeeds
• fastq_pass has content but fastq_fail is empty succeeds
• fastq_fail has content but fastq_pass is empty succeeds
