  • adds command for sample type transfer from openBIS to SEEK
  • adds basic command to transfer experiment with samples and datasets in openBIS to SEEK (assay, samples, data_files)
  • removes id pattern search for dataset upload to openBIS and replaces it with search for experiment/sample in order to fix and issue
