Last entry missing if list needs scrolling

I have 11 items in my list. (Don't ask!) When the window size and/or scaling causes the list to exceed the window size and thus need a vertical scroll bar, I can never scroll down far enough to see the last entry. Only the first 10 are visible until I increase the window size or reduce the scaling. You should be able to reproduce this by reducing the vertical size for any length list.

I am using DDNS Updater as a Docker container on TrueNAS CE. The DDNS Updater version is shown as 2.9.0 and the container version as 1.2.18.
