add AI code/PR reviewer to the repo

To expedite the PR approval on this project and maybe Gleutun to add a code reviewer to the PRs.
I beleive it would help with catching the bugs early and make the project go forward faster as it feels it stalls for long time sometimes.
I can work on that if you are open to this idea @qdm12 .

I personally prefer Greptile as it has full context awareness and fewer false positives
