Need help unblocking my IP addresses in DNS settings

I made the mistake of making changes to apps connected to my setup which caused multiple calls to fail, leading to my IP addresses getting blocked.

I tried removing the entire container and re-installing, but the same IP addresses are still blocked from reading logs. I understand from this page that the IPs are flagged as malicious but I can not find the file where I can unblock them.

Found one similar issue but the solution did not work in my case.

The only solution I found that is working is adding an extra environment variable - DOT=off but this seems like a risky decision that I would prefer to avoid. This is from this support page.

How can I revert the block IP addresses? Bonus : is there a way to whitelist my IPs going forward so that future mishaps on my machines don't cause a direct IP block?
