theodolite v0.2.2 — release cut under the D-646 currency rule, closing the drift found by the D-984 fleet audit (F2): main and the deployed binary have been 0.2.2 while the release surfaces still topped at 0.2.1. The one functional change since v0.2.1 is the era-guard fix (a777622): the guard now answers a modern-version initialize at the era guard. Also landed since v0.2.1: the registry server.json (bfdb94f, description trimmed f8d5b39). The 13-tool surface is unchanged.

The three surfaces disagreed (GitHub release v0.1.0, crates.io 0.2.0, repo main 0.2.1); this cut makes the repo version line of record: release, crates and registry all land on 0.2.1, and the deployed binary moves from 0.1.0 to 0.2.1 with an identical 13-tool surface.
